October 10th<\/sup>, 2020 Outdoor Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hello to all\nI hope you are all doing well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been\na challenging year!  If you have cabin\nfever as bad as I do you\u2019re probably anxious to get outside and visit with your\nfriends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Board of\nDirectors have cooked up an exciting outdoor chapter meeting for you.  We have reserved a spacious pavilion at the\nAlcoa Duck Pond, 636 Vose Road in Alcoa. \nThere is plenty of space to spread out and visit with your TU friends.  The pavilion has nearby bathrooms with\nrunning water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 We will start at 12:00 noon and for safety\npurposes we encourage you to bring your own lunch and beverages.  There are several picnic tables available\nthat will be sanitized, but we encourage you to bring your own lawn chairs and\na small table if you wish.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The afternoons\nactivities will not only give you a chance to catch up on the latest news with\nyour friends but an opportunity to compete in the 2020 FLY CASTING CONTEST!  We will also have corn hole boards set up for\nyour enjoyment.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For your\nsafety we will follow the appropriate social distancing and engagement\nprotocols.  Please honor the following\nrules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.     \nObserve\nsix-foot social distancing for your protection as well as for the protection of\nothers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.     \nWear\na protective mask especially when moving from one point to another.  If you do not have a personal protective mask,\none will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.     \nPractice\nappropriate hygiene.  Hand sanitizer will\nbe available for your convenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We hope you\nwill come and enjoy the afternoon with your friends.  We look forward to seeing you!  We have missed you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
